• Valid Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification.
• Black Site Manager CSCS Card.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in construction site management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blue-prints.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of reactive and planned roofing works across multiple sites.
• Act as the principal point of contact between internal departments and clients.
• Oversee site operations to ensure compliance with SHEQ standards.
• Prepare site reports, risk assessments, and method statements.
