Qualifications

• Experience in a Planning & Control environment.
• Ideally has Aftermarket Operations or Value Streams knowledge.
• Willingness to drive improvements and deal with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure processes balance cost inventory risk and delivery performance.
• Prepare mandatory and advisory documentation of processes.
• Develop metrics to monitor process performance.
• Develop capability of end users through coaching and training material.
• Lead or participate in integrated teams delivering system capability.

Skills

Excellent communication and people skills

Experience within planning manufacturing or external supply chain

Knowledge of Planning & Control SAP and/or MRP

Analytical and problem-solving skills
