A leading mental health service provider in the UK seeks a strategic planner to manage complex operations and data analysis. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL. The successful candidate will develop planning models and translate business goals into actionable plans while ensuring alignment with operational teams. Benefits include generous holiday, healthcare, and flexible working opportunities.
We’re one of the UK’s leading providers of mental health services, working both privately and in partnership with the NHS to support people and families facing emotional and psychological difficulties. Demand for mental health support has never been higher and we’re scaling fast to meet it. As we grow, we’re building a brilliant, data driven, passionate team to help us deliver high-quality care to even more patients. Come and join us!
We're looking for a hands-on, sharp-thinking strategic planner who can bring structure and foresight to a complex, people-driven operation. You’ll own the end to end planning process that keeps us delivering against contract delivery plans, waitlist expectations and revenue goals. You’ll help us deploy the right resources at the right timeacross clinicians and internal teams. This role blends operational and commercial awareness with complex data work. You could be working directly with teams to understand processes and needs, then switching to building a forecasting model in Power BI, and presenting planning options to senior management.

We believe that everyone deserves an equal opportunity to succeed, regardless of their background, race, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates and strive to provide a supportive and respectful environment for all employees.
