A leading mental health service provider in the UK is seeking a strategic planner to manage the end-to-end planning processes. This role requires advanced analytical skills, proficiency in Power BI and Excel, and experience in operational planning. The individual will develop planning models and present options to senior management, while ensuring alignment between operational execution and business goals. This role offers opportunities for flexible working and is essential to meet growing demand for mental health services.
We're looking for a hands-on, sharp-thinking strategic planner who can bring structure and foresight to a complex, people-driven operation. You ll own the end to end planning process that keeps us delivering against contract delivery plans, waitlist expectations and revenue goals. You ll help us deploy the right resources at the right timeacross clinicians and internal teams. This role blends operational and commercial awareness with complex data work. You could be working directly with teams to understand processes and needs, then switching to building a forecasting model in Power BI, and presenting planning options to senior management.
