Qualifications

  • Experience in retail sales management within the National Account sector of the cosmetics industry.
  • Able to manage time effectively and plan contingencies to ensure targets are met.
  • Alignment with the group’s “Trust8” working principles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual business plans for allocated National Account Groups.
  • Ensure smooth running of stock replenishment processes.
  • Achieve agreed retail and wholesale targets.
  • Provide effective communication with National Account Group management.

Skills

Strong experience at National Account Manager level
Commercially aware & ability to drive business performance
Retail sales management experience in cosmetics
Proven track record in wholesale sales
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient at Excel
Excellent planning & organisational skills
Team player, adaptable to change
