• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform quantity take-offs for mechanical systems.
• Build up labour, material, and plant costs for estimates.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing.
