• Strong background in master scheduling and materials management.
• Demonstrated experience in SIOP/SOP within a manufacturing environment.
• Aerospace, defence, or automotive experience is highly desirable.
• Skilled in MRP/ERP systems with analytical capabilities.
• Proven leadership capability with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all material planning, scheduling, and logistics activities.
• Manage and optimise MRP, inventory control, and production schedules.
• Drive an effective and structured SIOP process.
• Improve supply chain performance, material flow, and delivery reliability.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, engineering, and quality departments.
• Implement KPIs, planning tools, and standard work to enhance performance.
• Develop and mentor the materials and logistics team.
• Support strategic projects focused on efficiency and customer delivery.
