Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Supplier Relationship Management or Procurement, ideally within IT.
  • Strong understanding of IT operations and ITIL frameworks.
  • Experience managing multi-million-pound contracts and enterprise agreements.
  • Skilled in contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead effective relationships with key IT suppliers.
  • Manage the day-to-day performance of suppliers.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to ensure contractual commitments.
  • Analyse supplier performance data and identify trends.
  • Lead supplier onboarding and contract management.
