Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage the renewal process for clients and discuss terms.
  • Maintain and grow your book of business by identifying new opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with brokers to access competitive terms.
  • Visit clients and showcase interpersonal skills, ensuring excellent service.
  • Handle account queries and resolve issues promptly.

Skills

Chartered Insurance Institute qualification (Dip CII/Cert CII)
Strong understanding of general insurance products
Knowledge of the London Market and Lloyd's
Detail-oriented with excellent administrative skills
Outstanding client service
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Working towards or holds a Chartered Insurance Institute qualification
