  • Experience in coaching and guiding managers effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS or similar software.

  • Experience in supporting managers on employee relations.
  • Champion equity and inclusion with relevant experience.
  • Handle matters confidentially with knowledge of data protection.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
