Job summary

A leading HR firm in Winsford is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to shape support for their team. In this role, you'll guide managers, lead HR initiatives, and enhance employee experience. You must have strong HR generalist experience, a clear understanding of UK employment law, and excellent project leadership skills. Qualifications

  • Strong HR generalist or business partner experience.
  • Confident handling employee relations and advising managers.
  • Good understanding of UK employment law.

  • Comfortable leading projects and working independently.
  • Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
