Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ HR Generalist experience.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership teams.
• Confidence managing a wide-ranging HR remit.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner to senior leaders.
• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition across the UK and Ireland.
• Support performance review cycles and talent identification.
• Advise managers on individual and collective employment matters.
• Contribute to global HR initiatives and local process improvements.
