Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead the month-end close and deliver clear, meaningful management reporting.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
  • Drive improvements in financial controls, governance, and audit readiness.
  • Deliver continuous improvement of systems and processes, including ERP optimization.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the finance team.
