Qualifications

  • Prior experience successfully selling Enterprise SaaS, ideally internal communication systems or HR systems.
  • Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and breaking into new enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrable track record of overachieving quota.
  • Ability to conduct thorough discovery and understand MEDDPICC.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle, from initial engagement to deal closure.
  • Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with prospects.
  • Proactively develop a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct effective client meetings, both virtual and on-site.
  • Deliver thorough responses to RFPs.
  • Utilize Salesforce to maintain accurate records.
