Responsibilities

• Lead a regional Client Success Team across Europe.
• Ensure clients successfully onboard and adopt solutions.
• Create scalable strategies tailored to regional dynamics.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations.
• Build strong executive relationships for advocacy.
• Use analytics to monitor client health and success.
• Provide regular updates on client success performance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for clients.
