Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably in the voluntary sector.
• Experience leading an HR team with strategic initiatives.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, cashflow management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ensure timely financial reporting including monthly management accounts.
• Produce the annual Financial Statements and Trustee Annual Report.
• Provide leadership to Finance and HR teams aligned with business strategy.
• Oversee HR operations and ensure compliance with employment law.
