Qualifications

• Experience of managing field based and diverse teams.
• Ability to build good relationships both internal and external.
• Experience of coaching and developing team members is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of the teams to deliver revenue and service agreement sales.
• Control work in progress to within targets set.
• Approve and control the use of suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Make regular visits to customers overseeing the depot operation.
• Deal with health and safety or environmental issues.
