Qualifications

  • Experience at early or growth-stage startups.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-touch success plans for top accounts.
  • Design and execute strategies to monitor health and drive adoption.
  • Partner with CSMs to bring new ideas and build program templates.
  • Contribute to scaled programs using various communication channels.
  • Use data to segment customers and provide tailored resources.
  • Collaborate with teams to create content for scaled programs.
