Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Campaigns and Strategic Communications Lead to drive the execution of our new communications strategy. Working as a senior adviser into the Deputy Director of Communications and Campaigns, you’ll lead a team to plan, implement and evaluate our campaigns in alignment with our organisational goals and communications strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the execution of the new communications strategy as the Campaigns and Strategic Communications Lead, advising the Deputy Director of Communications and Campaigns.
  • Lead a team to plan, implement and evaluate campaigns in alignment with organisational goals and the communications strategy.
  • Develop and manage campaigns that combine policy activity with the full mix of communications disciplines to influence stakeholders in a political environment.
  • Shape narratives that resonate and maximise owned channels, including web, publications and social media, as the leader of the Campaigns and Content team.
Qualifications
  • Experienced communications adviser with a sharp strategic mind and a proven track record in devising and executing campaigns.
  • Experience delivering campaigns that utilise policy activity alongside a full mix of communications disciplines to influence stakeholders in a political environment.
  • Ability to shape narratives that resonate and to lead and maximise owned channels, including web, publications and social media.
