Job summary

A high-growth AI SaaS company based in the UK is looking for a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) who can lead financial strategies as they scale from £3M to £15M ARR. The role offers a competitive salary of £90,000 – £150,000 plus equity in a collaborative, high-performing leadership environment. The successful candidate will oversee financial operations, build reporting structures, and prepare the business for exit, all while fostering a culture of accountability and performance. You will report directly to the CEO and work on a hybrid schedule of two days in Leeds and the rest remotely.

Qualifications

• Qualified as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
• Hands-on financial leadership experience in a scaling tech company.
• Experience in SaaS metrics like ARR, churn, NRR, LTV:CAC.

Responsibilities

• Build real-time dashboards and reporting for day-to-day business.
• Prepare the business for exit – clean books and compelling data room.
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis.
