As Head of Sales, you will lead international sales operations, define go-to-market strategies, and manage a growing team. Your mission: expand into new markets, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue growth across shipping, ports, offshore energy, and environmental sectors.
Define and deliver global sales strategy to achieve ambitious targets.
Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Drive new business opportunities across Europe and beyond.
Oversee the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, and account growth.
Build long‑term relationships with clients and partners.
Collaborate across teams to align commercial and market needs.
Represent the company at major industry events.
We are looking for a results‑driven sales leader with strong international experience in B2B solution selling. Experience in SaaS, tech, or maritime‑related industries is highly valued.
7+ years in sales leadership roles.
Track record of exceeding sales targets.
Experience leading international teams.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Data‑driven, with strong CRM and sales analytics skills.
Passion for sustainability and innovation.
Location: Remote, within 2 hours of the French HQ (France, Scotland, Norway, Netherlands, or Northern Europe). Ability to travel to France for one week each month.
Languages: Native or native‑like English required; French is a strong plus.
Compensation: €80,000–€100,000 (currency adapted to country of residence, GBP in the UK).
