Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Land Management (or similar).
• Full Membership of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
• Significant experience in valuing various properties.

Responsibilities

• Produce asset management and investment strategies.
• Manage portfolio for best value of property resources.
• Support with property inspections and condition records.
