Job summary

A global technology company is seeking detail-oriented Stores Personnel to join their team at their Campsie site in Derry/Londonderry.   • Manage outbound shipments, including documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining stock levels to avoid delays.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Stores Personnel to join our team in Campsie site, Derry/Londonderry.

Key responsibilities:
  • Receive and issue materials, equipment, and other items in line with operational requirements.
  • Accurately record inventory transactions using manual and digital systems.
  • Organise and prepare all the necessary materials and equipment required for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Monitor inventory movement and identify discrepancies through regular cycle counts and stock verification.
  • Ensure all store materials are correctly identified, labelled, and stored in their designated locations.
  • Manage outbound shipments, including documentation and coordination of pick-up with service providers.
  • Assist in maintaining minimum stock levels for critical components to avoid production delays.
