Overview
Within our Stores function you will mainly help deliver the following, whilst additional tasks may also be required:
Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed records of all materials received, ensuring all goods are processed within 24 hours of arrival at goods in.
- Picking, packing and despatching sales, repair and subcontract orders.
- Receiving inbound daily deliveries from couriers and hauliers.
- Inspecting delivered goods to various defined standards.
- Binning goods into a stock location.
- Issuing and receiving of tooling used in the production process.
- Picking & internally delivering piece part kits for the manufacture of production parts.
- Shelf‑life reviews.
- High level of housekeeping within the stores area.
- 5s and cleanliness of working areas.
- Any other reasonable duties as required.
- Fully comply with Company Policies including Health and Safety at all times.

Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility in working hours and approach to meet business needs during critical times.
- Computer literate with good working experience of Microsoft applications such as Excel and Outlook.
- Experience of typical ERP/MRP systems; specific training will be given in our systems.
- Team player and able to communicate well with others in the business.
- Understanding of Aerospace standards and traceability, lot control and record‑keeping would be advantageous.
- Forklift licence would be advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately in a busy, pressured and demanding environment.
- Commercial awareness, excellent problem‑solving skills, eliminating wastes and risks.
- Provide training, guidance and assistance to co‑workers as required.
