Stores Manager – Electronics Manufacturing

Location: Basingstoke
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 bonus

Following the opening of their cutting-edge electronics manufacturing facility, our rapidly growing client is on the lookout for a Stores Manager who thrives on precision, leadership, and efficiency. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in ensuring materials flow seamlessly through a high-tech environment serving sectors like aerospace, defence, motorsport, and more.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a skilled stores team.
• Manage stock accuracy, traceability, and compliance for electronic components and assemblies.
• Oversee goods-in, kitting for production, and despatch for UK, EU, and international customers.
• Drive continuous improvement in material handling and storage processes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001, ESD, and health & safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in stores/warehouse/despatch management.
• Strong knowledge of material flows and traceability in a manufacturing setting.
• ERP/MRP system expertise.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Bonus points for experience in electronics, ESD/MSD handling, export compliance, or Lean/5S practices.
