Working in our busy Stores Department

You'll contribute to the overall satisfaction of our customers by assisting with the smooth receipt and safe delivery of our products. You'll carry out our procedures in terms of:

  • Goods Inwards – Inspect ident's / paperwork, receipt on our SAP system.
  • Locating Parts using our SAP system.
  • Picking parts from locations.
  • Kitting parts, complying with written instruction.
  • Packing to specification.
  • Carrying out Stock Checks.
  • Arranging couriers.
  • General warehouse duties.
  • Raising NCR'S and following the quality procedures.
  • Releasing of finished parts to customer.

You'll be a point of contact for our customers and other business units/departments and will deal with any queries promptly and efficiently.

Essential Skills
  • You'll be a strong team player with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Ideally, have some previous experience of working in a stores related role or a basic understanding of packing/manufacturing operations.
  • Ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent IT skills and data entry.
Desirable skills
  • Forklift Truck driving.
  • SAP/Word/Excel knowledge.
  • Manual Handling (training will be given.
