A leading retail pharmacy in Exeter is seeking a Pharmacist Store Manager to blend customer care with team leadership. The successful candidate will lead store sales, deliver expert advice, and ensure patient safety while fostering team development. A strong communicator, you will be registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator and demonstrate high professional standards. This is a secondment/fixed term contract role for 12 months to cover a maternity leave. When the management role comes an end there may be an opportunity to stay as a store based pharmacist.
