Working across our stores in North West London and Hertfordshire, you'll gain experience in different locations and trading environments, helping you develop the skills and confidence needed to move into a store manager role. As a store manager designate, you'll support the day to day leadership of our stores, you'll lead teams, manage performance and deliver a strong customer experience. You'll spend time on the shop floor, coaching colleagues and supporting them to achieve both individual and store objectives. You'll also be involved in driving commercial performance, using KPIs and performance data to understand how the store is trading and where improvements can be made. Maintaining high operational standards and ensuring compliance will be a key part of the role, alongside creating a positive, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues. We're open to candidates from retail or hospitality backgrounds who enjoy leading people and delivering great service.
