Responsibilities
  • Execute store operations through your team, covering scheduled shifts, days off, openings, closes, and weekends.
  • Analyze data and leverage in‑store observations to inform decisions that improve customer experience and overall store performance.
  • Work with store leaders to use forecasting and scheduling tools to manage labor within required budgets, and recruit world‑class, diverse talent to meet the store’s needs.
  • Cascade and roll out new initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive business results.
  • Support partner growth through performance and development, coaching, and building positive relationships to understand partner challenges, needs, and aspirations.
  • Set challenging and realistic goals to drive engagement and improve partner performance.
  • Manage working hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
