Store Manager

Location: Luton

Salary: £51,615 - £54,040 per annum

Pin Point Recruitment is proud to be recruiting for a dynamic and driven Store Manager to lead operations in a busy, high-performing retail environment. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for managers who thrive in a fast-moving setting and enjoy being involved in every aspect of store operations.

Every day will bring something new. One day you may be managing deliveries, placing orders, or scheduling rotas to ensure operational efficiency. The next day could see you leading team briefings, coaching staff, resolving customer queries, or conducting till spot checks. All the while, you\'ll be focused on achieving the bigger goals: maximising sales, minimising costs, ensuring outstanding customer service, and driving operational performance.

This is not a desk-based role — it\'s a hands-on manager position where you\'ll be expected to lead by example, roll up your sleeves, and get involved in the day-to-day running of the store.

What We're Looking for in a Store Manager

We\'re looking for an experienced people-manager from a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Your background could be in:

  • Food retail
  • Hospitality
  • Distribution/logistics
  • Or even the Armed Forces

What matters most is your ability to inspire and lead a team, stay calm under pressure, and deliver consistently strong results.
