Overview

Store Manager in Enniskillen, salary up to £35,000 + bonus and benefits. This role is focused on delivering the gold standard of customer experience and operational excellence to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Support and motivate the in-store team on a day-to-day basis to achieve the store’s targets by identifying and maximising opportunities to achieve and surpass KPIs, while setting an example in exemplary customer service.
• Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store, and ensure back-of-house activities enable successful commercial execution.
• Become an expert in the hand-crafted luxury product; with support from the regional sales manager, nurture and develop the team to unlock potential and support succession.

As a Store Manager you’ll have

• Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in-store
• A passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service
• An understanding of how local and global business strategy translates into delivery of store, regional, and division KPIs
• Experience using data to identify trends, issues and root causes, and the ability to take action to deliver when opportunities are identified
• Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high-performing team
• Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs
• A positive, can-do attitude with enthusiasm for the brand’s product and core values
