Stock & Inventory Manager
Wakefield / West Yorkshire
Salary: From £27,000 + Benefits

A fantastic opportunity for a Stock & Inventory Manager to join a fast-paced and growing eCommerce business based in Wakefield. You’ll lead purchasing and inventory operations, working closely with brand partners to ensure the right stock is available at the right time – playing a key role in maintaining product availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

This is a varied and collaborative role, perfect for someone with experience in stock management, procurement or supply chain, who thrives in a fast-moving, detail-focused environment. The business operates in the beauty and wellness sector, with a strong emphasis on customer experience and supplier relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing activity and place orders in line with forecasts, promotions, and supplier requirements
  • Monitor inventory levels, update stock parameters, and analyse slow-moving stock
  • Resolve delivery issues and stock discrepancies in coordination with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records for suppliers, MOQs, delivery schedules, and availability
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand, eCommerce, Dispatch, and Customer Service teams

What Experience is Required

  • Background in purchasing, procurement, stock or supply chain management
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with inventory or stock systems
  • Experience working directly with suppliers and external partners

Salary & Benefits
