Job summary

A leading events and festival company in the UK is seeking a Stock Controller to manage stock levels and oversee inventory accuracy. The successful candidate will ensure efficient supply chain processes and collaboration with various teams to meet stock needs. The Stock Controller will support event operations and must be prepared for travel across the UK.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in stock control, event operations or multi-site hospitality.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be experienced using EPOS systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Must be prepared to travel across the UK for festivals & events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage stock levels across warehouse, vehicles, and on-site event locations.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, packing, and dispatch of equipment.
  • Implement stock control procedures to minimise loss and maximise efficiency.
  • Work closely with operations, production, and procurement teams.
  • Prepare and load equipment for events, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Track and coordinate equipment movement between sites and suppliers.
  • Ensure all storage and handling meet safety and compliance standards.
  • Support on-site delivery during events when required.

They are seeking a Stock Controller to join their team. The successful Stock Controller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of stock control, inventory accuracy, and supply chain efficiency across their fast‑paced operations.
