Responsibilities

  • Place and confirm orders with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Follow booking-in procedures to ensure stock is live and available promptly.
  • Reconcile incoming stock and address any discrepancies in quality, quantity, or pricing.
  • Maintain accurate date rotation of products.
  • Collaborate with senior management on seasonal and annual stock planning.
  • Monitor overstocks and wastage.
  • Assist with stock rework when needed.
  • Support other operational tasks as required.
