Eaton Syalon are recruiting for a Stock Controller for an established business based in Derby. This role involves analysing stock movements, investigating discrepancies, and producing clear reports to support decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep all stock data accurate, updated, and consistently recorded across departments.
• Produce regular stock reports and variance summaries.
• Investigate discrepancies and work with managers to resolve issues.
• Support ERP updates and suggest process improvements.
• Assist with month‑end stock reconciliations and adjustments.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Analysts to explain findings.

Skills & Experience

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Solid Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualisation/reporting tools.
• Prior experience with stock management/reporting.
