A leading consultancy in the surveying industry is seeking an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor / Domestic Energy Assessor to conduct detailed inspections of residential properties. This is a 3-month contract with flexible working hours and the possibility of additional work. Candidates should have Stock Condition Surveying experience, knowledge of lodging EPCs, and familiarity with HHSRS. Look no further! 1st Select are looking for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor / Domestic Energy Assessor who would be able to carry out detailed inspections of houses and flats, both internally as well as externally. Our client is a leading Consultancy in the Surveying industry, that has won a large contract covering Soho and we are looking for 3 Stock Condition Surveyors/DEAs to partake in this program.
