Qualifications

• Qualified DEA (Domestic Energy Assessor) with valid accreditation.
• Working knowledge of HHSRS, Decent Homes Standards, and energy efficiency legislation.
• Experience conducting stock condition surveys or property inspections preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stock condition surveys across a portfolio of residential properties.
• Assess domestic energy performance and generate Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
• Identify and report on disrepair and health and safety hazards.
