About Us :

At Steris IP we are the trusted experts in surgical instrument sterilisation. We offer on and offsite re-processing alongside reliable instrument maintenance solutions. Our diverse and talented teams use cutting edge technology to ensure that the highest quality of infection prevention is delivered to our customers.

Working Hours :

4 weeks rota- 1 in 4 weekends working

Rotating shifts

  • 06 : 00-14 : 30
  • 11 : 00-19 : 30
  • 14 : 00 : 22 : 30
  • On-call service.
What is involved
  • Ensuring vehicles are driven in line with all current applicable legislation company policies and procedures.
  • Daily Health and Safety vehicle inspections
  • Report all traffic accidents involving any company vehicle to the company insurer immediately in accordance with their requirements in addition to notifying line manager.
  • Responsibility for the safe carriage of goods to comply with the basic rules of the Transport Act 1968.
  • Maintain and organise planned preventative maintenance i.e. servicing of all company vehicles and organise alternative vehicle cover when necessary.
  • Maintain effective vehicle mileage logs and submit the mileage records to the Administration Staff on a weekly basis.
  • Shall ensure all delivery schedules are met in accordance with the daily requirements of the service.
