Responsibilities

• Provide a genuine, informative, and welcoming reception to all showroom visitors, answering questions and guiding them through Mercedes-Benz models, features, and innovations.
• Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations, both in the showroom and during test drives, highlighting product benefits and advanced technologies.
• Support the sales and aftersales teams by sharing expertise, helping to convert enquiries into customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay up to date on the latest Mercedes-Benz vehicles, software, and market trends by participating in manufacturer training and self-directed learning.
• Facilitate the new vehicle handover process, ensuring customers fully understand their vehicle’s features and benefits.
• Maintain the showroom’s professional standards, ensuring all display vehicles and information points are immaculate, informative, and aligned with Mercedes-Benz brand values.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to engage and inspire customers.
• Passion for luxury automotive products and the latest technology, including electric vehicles and connected car features.
