Market Development Executive (UK) – Banking & Fintech

We are seeking a high-performing Market Development Executive (MDE) to lead our expansion into the UK market. This role focuses on driving new business opportunities for consulting and professional staffing services, primarily within banking, fintech and financial services clients.

You will own the end-to-end sales process, from defining the UK market entry strategy to closing deals, carrying a revenue target measured by both quality and total contract value.

At Kynaxis, we value excellence in delivery. The MDE will also be accountable for client success, ensuring a superior experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the UK banking and fintech sectors.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and expand relationships within existing accounts.
  • Lead consultative sales of Kynaxis consulting and staffing services, positioning our brand promise: "Get The Future You Want."
  • Engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose value-driven, data-led solutions.
  • Organise client strategy workshops and lead large opportunity pursuits.
  • Ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction in collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in consultative sales and business development within banking, fintech or financial services.
  • Strong network of contacts within the UK financial services ecosystem.
  • Ability to shape strategic deals and design transformational solutions.
  • Experience working with hyperscalers, data, analytics or technology partners is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
