Job description

Tilney Ward is a 26‑bedded Cardiology and Medical Ward committed to providing high‑quality, timely care to patients.

The ward includes a 3‑bedded Coronary Care Unit designed to streamline patients undergoing cardiac procedures such as angiograms and angioplasties. It also manages a variety of other medical conditions and is supported by a dedicated Cardiology Medical Team.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team of nurses, doctors, physiologists, occupational therapists and physiologists to deliver patient care.
  • Ensure excellent communication with all team members to support a positive patient journey.
  • Audit care standards and support change initiatives for the ward and team.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and support personal and professional growth.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Interest in personal and professional leadership development.
  • Desire to engage with ongoing training and continuous professional development opportunities.
