Shift pattern – 8am to 8pm, 5 over 7 including public holidays.
The post holders will be integral to the management and care of patient admitted to the hospital at home virtual ward. They will work under the direction and supervision of the lead ANP and ANP’s within the team and support the delivery of safe, high quality of care in the person’s home. This post offers the right candidates the experience of delivering acute level interventions in people’s home or homely environment with the opportunity to develop further in the role as the service becomes more established.
As from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part‑time hours will be reduced pro‑rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
