Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Staff Nurse to join our Digestive Diseases team with a highly competitive salary range up to £46,581.47 depending upon experience. This is a full time, permanent position that would require the post holder to work up to 37.5 hours per week. It is a Monday‑Sunday, Days / Nights / Weekends role with the following shift patterns:

  • Monday to Sunday Long Days – 07:30‑20:00
  • Monday to Sunday Nights – 19:30‑08:00
  • Bank Holidays – 07:30‑20:00 & 19:30‑08:00

You will be joining a multi‑disciplinary team with specialisms in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiothoracic surgery with some vascular as well as cardiac/medical conditions, also digestive diseases including liver and robotics and other specialties that require continuous monitoring and treatment. Cleveland Clinic London specialises in the latest diagnostic techniques and treatments for gastrointestinal diseases. Using advanced endoscopy, our specialists assess and treat cysts, polyps or early‑stage cancers. We also offer minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery for less pain and a quicker recovery.

What will your duties include?
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with CCL’s established policies, procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
  • Evaluate, update and revise plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes.
  • Adhere to the NMC code of conduct and act as the patient advocate at all times.
  • Participate effectively at the quality improvement initiatives for the ward to ensure that the Ward KPI’s are achieved and are aligned with CCL quality standards.
What we need from you?
  • Nursing Bachelor’s Degree.
  • ILS provider course completed and qualification required upon hire, or within 3 months of hire.
  • Current nursing registration (First Level) through the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) required, with no restrictions to practice.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development within digestive diseases field.
  • Must be willing to undertake relevant post‑registration courses.
