A major healthcare provider in Wirral is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join their team in Ward 22. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care for elderly patients with complex conditions. Responsibilities include patient assessment, creating therapeutic environments, and supervising junior staff. A commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care is essential. This position isn't suitable for newly qualified nurses. The role includes opportunities for professional development within a supportive environment.
Ward 22 is a 31-bed acute elderly care ward. We care for some of our most vulnerable patients, many with multiple long-term conditions, and we also look after telemetry and complex Parkinson patients. Our team is friendly, supportive, and passionate about safe, high-quality, patient-centred care. We are looking for a staff nurse who is passionate, conscientious and motivated to make a difference.
This post will give you the opportunity to have a voice within nursing, have input into the priorities and strategies for ward 22, and that of the Trust as a whole. This will help drive us forward as an enthusiastic and inspirational team.
We want to ensure our most vulnerable patients receive the support and care they deserve.
