Qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within hospitality, leisure, events, or sports.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding.
  • Experience supporting large event or casual workforces desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Support high-volume recruitment for stadium events.
  • Manage candidate journeys from application to onboarding.
  • Work with managers to understand workforce needs.
  • Build strong links with local communities.
  • Collaborate with recruitment partners and agencies.
  • Assist with workforce planning and reporting.
  • Provide feedback to managers and agencies.
  • Support onboarding, compliance, and HR administration.
  • Assist on match days with scheduling and managing workforce gaps.
