A historic organization in Greater London seeks a Property Operations Manager to lead the operational delivery of compliance, maintenance, and projects at St Paul’s Cathedral. The role requires construction knowledge, line management experience, and a detail-oriented approach. Successful candidates will contribute to the historic preservation of the building and maintain high operational standards. We are currently seeking a Property Operations Manager, to join our Property team in one of the most iconic buildings in the world, St Paul’s Cathedral.
Leading the operational delivery of compliance, maintenance and projects, the Property Operations Manager will be responsible for assigning work to the property team in accordance with the weekly schedule, ensuring all team members are actively engaged, efficient and carrying out work safety.
The successful applicant will also be expected to share in St Paul’s Cathedral’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
