Job summary

A leading assessment and consultancy firm in Manchester seeks an experienced Occupational Psychologist. The role involves analyzing client requirements, developing assessments, and conducting evaluations through interviews and tests. Candidates should hold a B.S. or M.Sc. in Business Psychology or Occupational Psychology, along with Certified Assessor Level A and B, and have 5-6 years of relevant experience. This position offers the opportunity to impact client development and deliver quality assessment reports.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Understands the test requirements of clients. Analyses client requirements & reviews client’s competency framework
  • Contributes to the development and finalization of assessment test design
  • Prepares initial assessment project plan and shares the same with the client.
  • Administers all assessment activities and oversees & ensures the arrangement of classrooms & assessment material as per the plan
  • Conducts assessments via observation, interviews, and psychometric tests.
  • Makes observations & records the same for evaluation purposes
  • Facilitates other lead assessors for their assessment process for all activities
  • Finalize scores and present the assessment results of the candidates.
  • Develops & writes initial assessment reports when required. Incorporates changes and improves reports based on feedback. Submits assessment reports to clients as per the defined deadline.
  • Schedules & conducts feedback sessions with candidates and explains psychometric & behavioral results.
  • Defines & communicates basic individual development plans during the session. Delivers & shares 360-degree test results as & when required.
  • Supports the supervisor in business development. Understands special assignment requirements and conducts research
  • Consolidates findings & shares with supervisor for incorporation in proposals. Joins & contributes to Arabic sessions for clients / candidates as & when required
  • Attentively support the supervisor for project-related activities.
  • Prepare post-assessment reports (IDPs – Gap Analysis – Training Need Analysis)
  • Deliver feedback sessions
Qualifications / Experience
  • B.S. / M.Sc. (Business Psychology / Occupational Psychology)
  • Certified Assessor Level A and B
  • 5-6 years of relevant occupational psychologist experience.
