We Are Looking For

The Sr. Account Manager is responsible for developing sales strategies, business and strategic planning, and customer / program / product‑line development. They will work closely with multiple teams to represent the sales team’s interests and needs while enhancing the organization’s partnerships.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Receive and process quotes, orders, pricing, availability, shipping costs, etc.
  • Communicate with customers and process RFQs, POs, returns, and order follow‑ups.
  • Possess detailed product knowledge and troubleshoot customer needs.
  • Build customer relationships via email and telephone.
  • Negotiate prices with customers for potential orders.
  • Effectively communicate with internal departments including Shipping & Receiving, Quality, Finance, Operations, and Purchasing.
  • Recommend products and services that best fit customer needs.
  • Review and accurately enter purchase orders (contracts) to ensure compliance with customers’ terms, conditions, and specific requirements.
  • Be cooperative, positive, and respectful with customers, supervisors, and co‑workers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school.
  • 7–10 years of related experience in sales roles.
  • Ability to read and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
  • Ability to solve practical problems in varied situations.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Knowledge of company ERP and internet browsing.
