Qualifications

• Must have excellent SQL scripting skills.
• Knowledge of any scripting language such as PowerShell or VBScript is good to have.
• Experience using monitoring tools like AppD, Splunk, and Grafana.

• Quickly investigate application-related issues.
• Liaise with relevant teams for unresolved issues.

Skills

Excellent SQL scripting skills

Knowledge of PowerShell or VBScript

Experience with AppD, Splunk, Grafana

Experience with Azure and Snowflake technology

Knowledge of multi-tier application architecture

Experience in web technologies

Experience with Production and Non-production environments

Understanding of Message Queuing

Knowledge of issue/problem tracking systems like ServiceNow
