Job Overview

Ardingly College is seeking to appoint Sports Graduates to work across our main sports of Netball, Hockey, Cricket, Football and Swimming. This role will support the Sports department from September 2026 for a fixed-term period until August 2027 and involve coaching sport and promoting the general progress and well-being of individual pupils.

Responsibilities

You will be required to take part in the sports programme throughout the week in both the Senior and Prep Schools, supporting the Heads of Sport with organising and preparing for fixtures on Fridays, alongside attending Saturday fixtures.

Qualifications

To be successful, you should have a high level of experience in playing and coaching any of the College's key sports: Netball, Hockey, Cricket, Football and Swimming.

Contract and Compensation

• Contract: fixed-term from September 2026 until 31 August 2027.
• Hours of Work: 40 hours per week for 35 weeks per year during term‑time only, plus one additional week to assist with pre‑season training.
• Rate of Pay: £20,210 per annum inclusive of paid holiday.
